Stone Temple Pilots lead singer Scott Weiland has been charged with cocaine and heroin possession in LA, only two years after completing a jail term for breaking the rules of his probation for the same charges. Weiland and partner Jennifer Lynn Sires were stopped by police on Saturday after they were seen driving without headlights on. The pair were arrested after police noticed a syringe in the car; in the ensuing search of the car police found cocaine and heroin.
