Crowe-heads Alert

Newly married and musically improving Russell Crowe and his band 30 Odd Foot of Grunts are coming to the U.S. to perform live. For Crowe-heads that's the good news: the bad news is they are performing only three shows and they're all in Chicago:

Russell Crowe & 30 Odd Foot of Grunts will be playing their only US dates in 2003 in August at Chicago's House of Blues. Tickets for all three shows will go on-sale on Saturday May 24.

The dates are in support of Crowe & TOFOG's new album, Other Ways of Speaking. A video for the duet with the Pretenders' Chrissie Hynde, "Never Be Alone Again" is to be completed by late June.

The TOFOG concert documentary, Texas, includes live performances of several songs from the new album, including "Afraid" and "Other Ways of Speaking". For a glimpse at what the upcoming Chicago dates will be like, go to www.launch.com where these clips from the DVD are available.
