UK to ban Fox?

The UK is investigating Rupert Murdoch's Fox News.
The Murdoch-owned Fox News Channel, whose determinedly patriotic stance during the Iraq conflict brought it critical notoriety but commercial success, is under investigation by television regulators in Britain for alleged bias.
The independent television commission is investigating nine complaints by viewers of the channel, broadcast on Sky Digital satellite, also controlled by Rupert Murdoch.
If the network is found to have breached the ITC's "due impartiality" rules, it could be forced out.
The complaints are unfortunately not specified, but I can't see Rupert panicking too much anyway. Around the world News Corp still owns HarperCollins, National Geographic Channel, nine other cable channels, four film and TV studios, six production outlets, about 30 newspapers, assorted digital TV channels, two record labels, a video game division, an interactive TV production company, sundry magazines, one American football team and the entire Australian National Rugby League. Losing the digital licence in the UK will dent him, but Rupert will have plenty to fall back on.
