Recently, Sinead O'Connor retired from music - and now she's announcing that she's becoming a religious teacher.
- O'Connor also says she may continue to sing as a "visiting church singer - where I can hide and not be looked at".
Sinead has always been a religious person, to her attacks against the Pope on SNL, to her album in 2000 (Faith And Courage) with it's very religious undertones. She's a great singer, but highly misunderstood - I wish her luck as a teacher!

(Is there a chance that Sinead will even hear about this??) That woman has, literally, kept me alive for the past 10 years...frightening that she'll never know just how much we've got in common. Frightening. From John to the 3 to the...rest. She's amazing, & my soul-mate, regardless of whether she'll ever know it. The most magnificent voice to prove it all...
