<description>Don&#039;t forget that it also takes a rhetorical weapon away from Osama and his boys.  The presence of infidel troops in the sacred land of Saudi Arabia was one of OBL&#039;s stated reasons for hating America, and while I have no doubt that that was just an excuse for terror-making, there must be quite a few people in the Middle East who took him at his word.  With our military out of there, he now has one less grievance with which to appeal to the locals for jihad.
