Jonathan King, currently serving a seven year jail sentence after being
found guilty of sexually abusing boys in the 1980s, has asked the Criminal
Cases Review Commission to review his case. This follows a refusal by the
Court of Appeal in January to rehear his case. King's high profile court
case saw him accused of four indecent assaults and two serious sexual
offences against boys aged 14 and 15. He has always maintained his
innocence, saying it was impossible to defend himself against allegations
that had happened many years previously.

Marty: King was a pop/rock impressario and icon during the 70s & 80s in the UK. He was resposible for furthering the career of Genesis amoungst others.

Marty's band, Growing Old Disgracefully, can be found at: Disgraceful Music. His Cthulhu tales can be found at Temple of Dagon.
