<description>Well, the Russians ought to be experts in the realm of propaganda.

What they need to do NOW, is just show all those quality Indian films.

Or they could do their own programming!

I remember when I was in the Russian Far East, the favorite TV shows were two Soap Operas: A mexican soap opera called, &quot;The Rich Also Cry&quot; and reruns of &quot;Santa Barbara&quot;, which I think had ended in America...but i&#039;m not sure.
