What they need to do NOW, is just show all those quality Indian films. Or they could do their own programming! I remember when I was in the Russian Far East, the favorite TV shows were two Soap Operas: A mexican soap opera called, "The Rich Also Cry" and reruns of "Santa Barbara", which I think had ended in America...but i'm not sure.
