'...Finally' is right. Thin Lizzy are the only band ever that I can sit and listen to album after album and for every song say to meself 'I fuckin' love this song'! Kings among men the lot of them.
I'll be going to to Town today to watch them put up the Statue, beer in one hand, camera in the other to get pictures of the day that I was at the unveiling of the statue. I'm getting a lump in my throat just thinking about it.
Fair play to everyone who worked incredably hard to get this statue up for the Philip, Philomena, R.D. trust, the fans and the people of Ireland. Its the only fitting tribute for such a man.
Gwaan the Philo!
