There's sueing the company that supplied the freaking BEER??????? I understand it's normal practice for lawyers to sue everyone in sight before anyone's established the facts, but this is ridiculous.

The more information that comes out makes it look as if it was the foam, not the band's pyro, that's the prime cause of the tragedy. The pyro may have started the fire, but it was the foam that killed. That club was a death trap. So far, too many people have demonised the band and let the club owners off the hook. I wonder how much of this is fuelled by the percieved uncoolness of hair metal?
