Until The End - Let The World Burn
Published February 21, 2003
Until The End bring straight up (straight edge) hardcore like it was meant to be broughten.
"Let The World Burn," their latest MCD from Eulogy Recordings, showcases vicious and throaty vocals with plenty of sing along opportunitites, thick, crunchy breakdowns, traditional old school 1-2s as well as the heavy drum parts with plenty of cymbals, and just a tinge of metal thrown in for good measure. Fans of old school toughguy will be in love with this CD. Imagine if Hatebreed got a little heavier, and a little more creative with their song structures, and you'd have something close to Until The End's sound.
There are three live tracks at the end of the CD (6 studio tracks before that) and man, they are freaking inspirational (besides being one of the clearest and tightest live recordings of hardcore I've heard). Until The End focus their energy and convictions into their music and it shows. I can only imagine what it would be like to see this band live. I can just see the kids jumping off the stage, grabbing and singing into the mic, and headwalking.
Oh yes, grab this CD and make some space. Instant mosh.
