 NPR did a &lt;a href=http://www.npr.org/display_pages/features/feature_941847.html&gt;story&lt;/a&gt; last night on the registry and &lt;a href=http://discover.npr.org/rundowns/rundown.jhtml?prgDate=01/28/2003&amp;prgId=5&gt;devoted&lt;/a&gt; the second hour of Talk of the Nation today to it. 

 They interviewed &lt;a href=http://www.well.com/~jwa/&gt;Jay Allison&lt;/a&gt; who co-produces the wonderful &lt;a href=http://www.npr.org/programs/lnfsound/quest/index.html&gt;Lost and Found Sound&lt;/a&gt; and does &lt;a href=http://www.transom.org&gt;The Transom&lt;/a&gt; a site about public radio.</description>
