I watched Bernhard Goetz on CNN tonight. After hearing he was a vegetarian I wanted to ask if he knows anything about the Hallelujah Diet? I have started eating raw. I avoid meat, dairy, salt, sugar, flour caffine, and alcohol. I juice my vegetables along with wheat grass, I have started drinking rejuvelac, and eating raw homemade saurkraut. I've started eating sprouts. I use dates, honey and maple syrup in place of sugar. I soak my raw nuts and seeds for about 24 hours, they taste better and digest better. I believe if people ate all raw veggetarian foods they would be a lot healthier. If you have any good information to pass on to me please e-mail me at c_punt2002@yahoo.ca
Thanks Colleen
Perhaps the Subway commercial could use the classic Beastie Boys' "B-Boy Bouillabaisse" as part of their campaign:
I caught a bullet in the lung from Burn-Hard Goetz.
"B-Boy Bouillabaisse," of course, was my favorite ode to New York City until the more recent "An Open Letter to NYC," off of "To the 5 Boroughs, "also by the Beasties, blew my doors down.
Okay, it's time to find something more non-virtual to do on a Friday night...
