Hair Metal and Toilets

Poison drummer Rikki Rockett is a middle-aged man who wears makeup, plays hair metal, and paints toilet seats in hotel rooms throughout the land. I have nothing bad to say about a man who cares so little about appearing ridiculous.
I am continually fascinated by the sociological anomalies created by the aging of the various rock 'n' roll generations, and how they are handling it: some well, others not. Rock on.

This is funny and of course sucks ass, but it shows how thoroughly we have penetrated the search engines - I choose to be positive, especially on a holiday.
Links were 404 by the time, I arrived to it. Since there are other comments here, are we now to assume this was taken down?
Poison had one or two somewhat decent songs but the whole lipstick and glamour thing was a joke to rock and IMO, they were part of the beginning of the end of quality rock in the 80's.
This goes back to October of last year. Someone was searching for "hair" and spammed this post with a shampoo ad.
Apparently Rikki is a Mac enthusiast
Rikki's commitment to animal rights is a great part of his personal signature. For years he has used his public profile to explain that there are viable and usually better alternatives to the use of animals for food, sport, clothing, & experimentation. Like Apple, Rikki Thinks Different.
Surprised he didn't think of keeping his diary going -- or at least throw up a 404 redirect to his main page or new location. Or whomever is responsible for the technical aspects of his site (lost traffic sucks).
Although a year is eternity on the web, I guess lol.
