Boring Guitar Solos Aplenty

Shaolon Monks in the Temple of Metal
Ralph Santolla
(Frontiers)
Into every reviewer's life must come a few instrumental guitar albums. This is about as exciting as listening to grass grow. It is well played; people like Vinny Burns and blokes from Emerald Rain are on here. They lend their talents to 'What Might Have Been', by far the best track. Still, this is for technical guitar-heads, only. It is just well played background music to the rest of us. Whomever came up with the title of the album should be smacked. It must rank up there for the stupidest one of the year so far. I never knew who bought tripe like this but I wish record companies would stop inflicting this on the rest of us. There are only a few people who can get away with this type of album, and Santolla ain't one of them.

Dude that is 4 our of 5. And you have made my point for me. This is an album for guitarists.
Marty Dodge, rock and roll boy.
Why are you a neo-Confederate? Or why did MacDiva think that? I recently saw that on some old topic.
Did you use to talk about politics on here or something?
That is all.
Nope, I did not talk politics on BC deliberately. I am certainly not a neo-confederate. MacDiva thought all libertarians were closest neo-confederates.
