I am not a numerologist by any means - just a bunch of stupid superstitious piffle - but it is rather astonishing to find that the NY Lottery drew 9-1-1 on 9/11. Creepy.

Just goes to show how scientifically illiterate minds attach irrational meanings to coincidences.
I would be less "creepy" if the post listed all of the 9/11 coincidences that occurred. No doubt, somewhere in the US, the last available parking space was #911. Somewhere, the cash in the till totalled $911. The thermometer in science class indicated 91.1 degrees. The counter on a subway turnstile read 911. Someone's new car odometer rolled over to 911 miles. A police crime blotter listed entry #911.
It's hardly "creepy" that many, many events occurred on 9/11/02. The only "creeping" that occurred was in the minds of those who attached emotion to a coincidence.
