Revenue Policy

If and when revenues come in from Amazon sales, advertising, etc, these will go to support the site. As long as the Blogcritics Amazon link appears at the bottom of each entry (or to wherever the item can be purchased if not Amazon) for the main subject of the review/essay/opinion/fantasia, writers may link to other CDs/books mentioned in the text via their own sales accounts with Amazon or whomever.

Other "compensation" (ha ha, this is a blog) for your work includes a link to your site from everything you write, an enduring link on the left via the Blogcritics roster; and the next step, free CD and book review material.

I am sending out today an announcement to the music industry (if anyone has a list of publicists for the publishing world, that would be very helpful) that we are ready to receive their bounty. I haven't worked out the logistics of this yet: do the labels send you materials directly, or do I? for example. But these issues will be resolved.

Thanks again for your support and involvement. We rock.
