Apple Computer and Apple Music are set to go to court in London tomorrow. The suit alleges that Apple computer has gone against a previous settlement stating that Apple Music had control of all music distribution with the creation of the iTunes music store. Apple says that iTunes is a data transmission service in spite of its name.

Intel’s venture capital wing known as Intel Capital has announced that it is starting a fund that will invest in startups in Brazil. Intel has previously invested $35 million in 13 different Brazilian startups which include TelecomNet and Digitron. The new fund will make an additional $50 million in investments.
