On location at a $30,000 per month penthouse with breathtaking views of the Hudson River, OpenHouse New York host Sara Gore reacquaints us with French model Alan Bresson and his broker Antonio Del Rosario of Barak Realty. On this episode of “The Hunt” Alan continues to peruse the New York City real estate market with hopes of finding his brand new dream apartment.

After touring 15 apartments in midtown and disliking the area’s noise and congestion, Alan and Antonio head to Chelsea to the Loft 25 Residences at 420 West 25th Street. On the market for $1.3 million, this 1 bedroom/1 bath 1,400 square foot apartment offers modern and sleek design, a large bedroom, and of course, ample closet space for Alan’s clothing and shoe collection — a must for any model.

While Alan is intrigued with the Chelsea location, the hunt continues as Antonio introduces Alan to the Upper East Side. They visit the Miravol Living spaces at 515 East 72nd Street where they tour an approximately 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bath space. Listed for $1.5 million, Alan is immediately in awe of the beautiful Manhattan skyline views and pleased with the amenities the complex offers. While the kitchen is a bit cramped for Alan’s culinary ventures, he admires the “spirit in the building.”

Like any good real estate broker, Antonio understands finding the perfect place requires patience. Watch this video to see whether Alan has found his first American home.
