Andrew Test Martin

Andrew "Test" Martin was found dead in his Tampa home on March 14, 2009 at just 33 years old. As WWE wrestler Test, Andrew Martin was never a household name on the level of a Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair, but he did have a couple of memorable runs. Martin arrived in WWE in the late nineties during a television broadcast where Motley Crue were playing live on the show (he was supposed to be their roadie). Soon, he was aligned with Vince McMahon's "evil promoter" character Mr. McMahon as a heel — a role he would play often throughout his career.

But in his most famous storyline, Test turned babyface to romance McMahon's daughter Stephanie, who then turned heel on him to marry the wrestler Triple H (a storyline which also ended up playing out in real life).

Following this story, Test's character mainly languished in WWE's midcard. Test was last seen in McMahon's new version of ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling), followed by a brief run in WWE rival TNA (Total Nonstop Action) as "The Punisher." However, TNA did not offer him a long-term contract.

Concert Review: Trio Wanderer Play Schumann, Liszt, Ravel at Bargemusic

The French ensemble played a muscular concert of Piano Trios by Schumann and Ravel, along with Liszt's weird and wily "Tristia – La Vallée d'Obermann" and an invigorating encore by Lili Boulanger.
